- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Real estate commissions are negotiable and vary depending on the property and situation. I always discuss options with my clients upfront so there are no surprises. For buyers purchasing new construction, I offer a commission rebate program where I give a portion of my commission back to the buyer at closing. For sellers, I focus on creating a strategy that helps you maximize your net proceeds, not just list your home. My goal is to make the process transparent and make sure you understand exactly what you’re paying for and the value you’re receiving.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I start with a quick conversation to understand your goals and timeline. From there: For Sellers • Review your property • Provide a pricing strategy and market analysis • Create a customized marketing plan • Prepare the home for listing and launch it to the market For Buyers • Discuss budget, timeline, and goals • Set up property searches • Tour homes and analyze options • Negotiate and guide you through inspections, financing, and closing Throughout the process, I stay very involved so nothing falls through the cracks.

I am a licensed Texas real estate agent with Pinnacle Realty Advisors and have years of hands-on experience helping clients buy and sell homes across North Texas.
