Moved into a new home and during heavy rainfall I’ve had heavy water leakage from our window sill. Have had several roofers come out to assess the issue and ghost me. Rey came out same day, assessed the area and noticed the previous owner had repaired the roof with poor quality and no flashing was installed. Not only did he repair the issue same day but for the amount of work and time he spent, he did not charge me an arm and leg. Initial experience was great and now we wait for rainfall to see if the work finally remedies our issue.
