Moved into a new home and during heavy rainfall I’ve had heavy water leakage from our window sill. Have had several roofers come out to assess the issue and ghost me. Rey came out same day, assessed the area and noticed the previous owner had repaired the roof with poor quality and no flashing was installed. Not only did he repair the issue same day but for the amount of work and time he spent, he did not charge me an arm and leg.
Initial experience was great and now we wait for rainfall to see if the work finally remedies our issue.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we get the call and schedule a free inspection within a day. Upon arrival we complete inspection and discuss with homeowner. Normally if homeowner agrees with the price we complete the job same day.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always ask questions!! Never go off the first quote you get. Make sure never to sign any agreements unless you are 100 percent that you like the company. Do your research!!
