Had a great experience with Kevin. I needed a new roof due to wind damage. It took him less than a week to have him crew come out and replace the roof! They started at 8Am and was done at 1pm. Couldn’t have had a better experience and customer service was top notch! I won’t ever use anyone else

Kevin and his team were wonderful to work with when replacing my roof after it was damaged by a hail storm. Kevin was proactive in working with my insurance to ensure all the damage was reported and recorded completely, and therein securing the necessary funds to perform all the repairs. His team was professional and punctual, and took care of everything from repairs to cleanup. I had nothing to worry about because Kevin handled it all.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work off the estimates of the insurance companies. Putting a new roof on without additional costs outside the insurance policy.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a free roof inspection, work with the client to get the claim filed. Once claim is approved we help look for supplemental costs to be covered as well and work with the insurance company to ensure the project is completed at the highest level.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in sales and customer service roles for 20+ years. The process is about communication and setting the right expectation.
