I then asked if he would help with the leaves in the backyard which he was gracious enough to help me with. It just was very obvious that he takes pride in his work and is willing to go above and beyond to make things right. I paid him accordingly. But it was just nice to have someone show initiative, do a fabulous job and it’s another thing I can cross off my to-do list."See more
