As an adult who is starting as a beginner, I was nervous about violin lessons. However, Florence is a wonderful instructor who not only has a wealth of knowledge and experience, but is also kind and patient. I'm very happy with the lessons and look forward to continue learning. I would highly recommend her.
Dear Miriam, We would like to thank you for helping make our wedding that much more special. With your experience we knew immediately weve made the right choice. Whether it is for a special event or your childs piano lessons she is well recommended. Thank you, Mark
My daughter is enjoying her violin lessons so very much. We are so thankful to have found a good teacher who is located near us and whom we never would have found apart from Reverb's help!
Violin and Piano lessons by the Mazzamuto brothers are beyond our expectations. Mrs. Rojas worked to get my schedule to my requirements. Very happy.
Although I have received only one violin lesson thus far, I am very pleased with this company. Sherri does a great job!!
I have been taking adult beginner's piano lessons from Dr Tolosa for the last 6 months. He is an excellent instructor, having the patience of Job and always optimistic and encouraging (which is what is needed for someone like me who likes to do things right the first time and piano is something that, unless you're a prodigy, you are not going to get it right the first time...or the second time...or the third time...).
Dina has prepared me for a life of professional playing as a violinist. She has not only corrected many technical problems I had, but also helped me musically understand a variety of pieces ranging to Bach Partitas to (most recently) the Shostakovich Violin Concerto in A Minor. I am currently waiting on conservatory decisions, but thanks to her critique, I have received complements from professors at fine institutions including MSM, Mannes, Eastman, Oberlin, and Juilliard- all of whom were eager to know who I studied with. I highly recommend Dina to any student who wants to improve their playing tremendously.
He's a great teacher with great learning skills. I improved so much with teaching with him and I would recommend him for anyone trying to improve or learn the violin and viola
Barbara taught my son violin for several years. When I mentioned to her I wanted to take mandolin lessons, she offered to take on the job. It's been a year now and I love that I'm not only learning to play but also the theory behind the music.
My daughter Mary is fifteen years old, she has played the violin for nine years. Ms. Aleksi has been her teacher for the past three years. Mary has improved immensely since she started working with Ms. Aleksi. Her improvement is evident in her technique, tone and overall musicianship. Since Mary has been working with Ms. Aleksi she has made The National Honors Junior Orchestra, All Region, Area and she made a gold at State UIL Solo contest. Mary is also in the Fort Worth Youth Orchestra. Ms. Aleksi works with Mary on all her music and auditions. Mary is so blessed to have Ms. Aleksi as her violin teacher.
I have obtained Mrs. Boyd's services for violin lessons for my daughter. She is very professional and extremely knowledgeable in the instrument. My daughter looks forward to her weekly lesson with her. If you are looking for a patient, warm and inviting instructor that gives her all to her students and encourages them in persuing their love of music, look no further because you have found her! I totally reccomend Catherine Boyd! :-)
Janetta is very encouraging and observant of the way the student listens and learns, she corrects the student in a easy and practical fashion for the kid to understand. I recommend Janetta for Violin lessons.
We had a couple violin lessons with Miss Mercedes while our regular teacher was on vacation. She was patient and cheerful. She showed good knowledge of the piece my son was working on in Suzuki violin book 2. She had helpful suggestions for improvement. I would definitely recommend her!
We knew about Mr. Rigo through one of my son's friends who takes violin lessons with him. One time this boy played the violin beautifully at one of my son's school music programs. I could not believe how well a five year-old could play the violin. My son had started to show an interest in violin, so we talked to Mr. Rigo about it. He was very personable and professional when I talked with him on the phone. I had several questions and he answered them thoroughly. Then, he invited us to visit his studio and watch him teach. After we saw Mr. Rigo teach and visited with him, my husband and I realized that he was the perfect fit to teach our son. Mr. Rigo is a great teacher with my son and explains to me how to practice every difficult spot in the violin pieces. I have been amazed at how my son longs to play his violin now. He's been learning faster than I thought he would learn. Mr. Rigo has a way of making every lesson fun and memorable. He is very enjoyable, fun-loving and he's as accessible and friendly as anyone can be. He is very professional and always communicates very well with us about all the things happening in his studio. We are very happy with him and would recommend him to anyone.
Ms. Wen is an amazing violin instructor. She has studied violin and piano since 5 years to age and it shows through her knowledge and practice of the arts. My son and daughter love working with her and always look forward to her lessons. I make sure my kids practice at least 30 minutes every day to apply what they learned in their music and build a solid foundation. Wen is very responsive and will be flexible with my schedule if my kids have something come up. Recommend 5/5
At Coppell Conservatory, we value excellence in music education for all students. We provide performance opportunities throughout the year to increase our students exposure to the arts and classical music.
I am an experienced violinist who has been playing for over 13 years and i am looking to share my knowledge with violin students.I teach mostly classical violin, but i can also teach pop, country, jazz, etc. I charge $12 for 30 minutes, but I don't only teach for the money, i teach to spread the joy and excitement of music.
I have been playing the violin for 6 years now and continue to play in my school's orchestra and take violin lessons myself to better my playing. I received ones for my violin solo last year and the year before that. Lastly, I love to teach children and help them with basic skills/techniques and class music to better their playing and love of music.
I am passionate about sharing my love and knowledge of the violin and classical music. I have experience in various teaching methods, including Suzuki.
