Great communication. Hai could have upsold us parts and more costly repairs and we wouldn't have known. Instead he reasonably charged us only labor to unclog the drain. He was prompt, speedy with his work, very careful about cleanliness and explained what he was doing. He is now our "go to" Refrigerator, Freezer and Icemaker (RFI) service guy.

I found RFI services on Nextdoor and so happy I reached out. I sent an appointment request and within 1 min, I got a call back and was on the schedule same day! Amazing! Hai was very professional, kind, courteous and super quick to troubleshoot the problem. It was a faulty starter unit and luckily he had parts on hand to make the repair. My fridge started to cool immediately. Highly recommend RFI and Hai! Great find!!

My refrigerator stopped working the other day so I called RFI Services to come out assess the problem and get a quote. Hai owns the company and Is very professional and knowledgeable. He ran some tests and quickly found the problem. Hai explained everything that needed to be done and was upfront with all costs. He had all the equipment with him and was able to fix my refrigerator in a timely manner. I’m so happy to have found a reliable and trustworthy appliance person! I highly recommend him!
