Mr Joe was on time, polite, and attentive.2. He asked detailed questions to find out our main goal, and possible backup goals, in case our original goal was unattainable due to regulations or cost.3. Mr Joe examined both the outside, the inside, and the attic space of my home, explaining all aspects of my homes construction and history, as he went, so I would be able to understand why there may be some obstacles, or alternative avenues to reach our goals.4. He took his time, was hopeful for and supportive of our familys needs, verse impatient and dismissive as the last contractor we called out to review the situation was.5. Mr Joe was willing to offer alternate suggestions, that may not involve his company, but would assist us being able to utilize more storage space.Summary: Mr Joe at Chumleys was prompt, polite, an attentive listen, client-goal focused, sensitive to client budgetary and time considerations, helpful, informative, and thorough. 5/5 will be using, and would use again."See more
