Lashonda's family performed a cleaning service on my parents home Saturday. It was a pleasure having them in my home and they did anything and everything I asked them to do. They arrived early and stayed till the job was complete. I have already recommended them to friends and family!
Carlos did a wonderful job on my apartment and I will definitely have him back again. I also appreciated his flexibility and quick responses to my text messages. My only criticism is that he was initially late and did not text to inform me that he would be running behind. But when I texted him to check on arrival time, he responded right away and said that he was in traffic but would be at my home in 10 minutes, which he was.
First of all, let me say that Lori is wonderful. She is ON TOP OF THINGS, very friendly, and helpful. We needed an oak tree cut down in our front yard and Lori gave us a great price as well as had people out the very next day to do the work! A young man and woman showed up to do the work. They had some trouble with their equipment for this size of a tree so they ended up leaving a 4 ft tall stump. When I got home that evening I spoke with Lori who was VERY helpful and agreed that this is not acceptable so she had them out again to cut it to the ground FIRST thing the next morning. They hauled away most of the tree and debris. My only feedback is I think they may either need to upgrade their equipment to do this work easier in the future or stick to smaller trees and shrubs. I am sure they learned a lot from the experience too. Also, I think they could have cleaned up a tad better but overall they worked very hard and got the job done. I would use Lori again for any of the services she provides! Thanks!
The three ladies who arrived to clean our home spent 2 hours and did an extraordinary job with the rooms. The bathrooms were cleaned throughly, the furniture dusted, the ceilings and baseboards swept, the floors mopped and carpets vacuumed. Our house is over 40 years old and it never looked or felt cleaner. We had only two issues with the service. First, they arrived much earlier than expected and we received no advance notice. We were told that a text message was sent but I never received it. Esmeralda promised to make sure we would get it next time. The other problem was with the floor cleaning. Our ceramic tile floors should be cleaned lightly with vinegar water, and the ladies used a pine oil solution. Esmeralda also offered to use this next time if we provided it for the ladies to use. When they left, the whole house had a freshness about it which I haven’t noticed in more than 20 years. It still smells clean and fresh after two days. The cost we were charged was well worth the money and, considering the quality of the work done, it was an exceptional value. I highly recommend Esmeralda’s people for their attention to detail, thoroughness, and work ethic and quality. We have never hired a cleaning service before, but as both of us are elderly with physical limitations, this was a great lifesaver and we are very grateful that we had them come and clean our home. They did what would have taken the two of us a week if we worked alone. Thank you, Esmeralda and staff!
I bought my home in July of 2012. The home didn't have a pantry. I had a space that was going to waste and was of no use at all in my dining room. Dan designed a pantry and used the existing wall beside the refrigerator which separated the dining room from the kitchen. Dan designed and build a pantry for that space. He kept a small part of the molding and fitted the pantry into the molding on two sides so that it appears that the pantry was built into the house as if it was original. I can't say enough good things about the workmanship on this pantry. He noticed that the door had more space at the top than at the bottom. He removed the door and adjusted it so that it fits snugly and perfectly. I would gladly recommend Dan for any design or repair work on any job, large or small. The home also had the original builder toilets in it. I had Dan replace both the master and guest bath toilets. He noticed that one of the toilets had a very small leak. Dan removed the new (and never been used) toilet and took it back to Lowe's and got a new replacement toilet and installed it. This shows the attention to detail that Dan exercises in all that he does.
Moving into a new home is both exciting and exhausting... I recently moved and didn't feel comfortable unpacking before it was scrubbed top to bottom, but just simply didn't have the time to do it myself the way I would want (I'm talking deep scrubbed, bleached, sanitized, the works...) Elina is literally wonder woman. I ordered the deep clean move-in service along with many extras, and after something like 5( I kid you not, 5 hours) Kairit had my home sparkling and shining and smelling amazing. She even scrubbed the ceilings! I noticed!! SO looking forward to my weekly cleanings from here on out. Thank you!!!
This is one of the best moving experiences I have ever had! (And we all know moving is NO FUN, its Stressful and things usually go wrong) But not with Red Carpet Moving Co. Elijah is very professional and very efficient. His crew moves swift but carefully....They are very conscience of time and they are very patient! Elijah communicates very well and he listens to what you need done. My move was from a 3 story town home with two stops going to a storage and a home. The move from the town home involved taking items of mine while other roommates who were not moving had items staying, so only certain items were going on the truck. I only had to communicate with Eli once about what was going where. If and when I have to move..... I will only call these guys! Thank you Eli & crew for making this such a great experience!
David and his cleaners arrived exactly when they said they would. They worked hard for several hours and left my home sparkling clean. They did exactly the work that they promised they would do. I am very satisfied with their service and will likely hire them again.
This was going to originally be a one-star rating. I scheduled the movers between 8-9 am. The driver called me at 9:30 and said he was 20-25 minutes out. At 11, the movers were still not at our apartment and I called them and their hub, but got no answer. at 11:30, they called and said they had to finish up another job and I should have received a call from dispatch, but she must have forgotten to call us. They eventually got to our place at around noon. So, despite the three hour delay, the movers hauled butt and got everything completed in three hours and apologized profusely for the earlier miscommunication. We moved from a two story, two-bedroom town home to an upper-story three bedroom apartment. The two movers were quick, hard-working, professional and respectful. I would be willing to hire them again and hope that the delayed arrival time/miscommunication thing was a one-time only affair.
Mr. Valdez arrived extremely fast and got straight to work. He was very professional and managed to fix my washer in under an hour. I will definitely hire him again for any other jobs that should come up in my home.

Kimberly arrived promptly and set straight to work, tackling major appliances, windows, baseboards and everything in between....the works! The results were absolutely pristine and spotless. Clean, fresh and polished! She went above and beyond by cleaning every facet of the home with detailed perfection! we have been reticent to hire a cleaning service due to my wife's very particular standards relating to quality of service provided. we had family coming in this weekend, and my wife did not want to tackle the task. the end result after Favor-IT came over is we intend to hire them again. Esther and Andy showed up early, waiting 20 minutes for me to arrive, then proceeded to work all day on our ~4000' home. they did a very nice job, were very pleasant to have around, they were quiet. thorough and rarely took a break, working ~8 hours continuous. you would be hard pressed to find a better group.
I moved into a rent house that was beyond filthy. Jeremy was out the next Monday - on a Sunday no less - and worked tirelessly for nearly 7 hours to provide me with a clean home for my two toddlers. I highly recommend Craddock's Cleaning Services!

Nicole and Carolyn did a wonderful job performing a move in clean of our home. We had paint dust in lots of places due to having our home recently painted and these two got at it without complaining. You can tell that Nicole enjoys what she does. She even recommended some products for my wood floors that smell divine. My husband is already planning to have these ladies back on a regular basis. They did an awesome job.
Blessingworks did a FABULOUS job at our house! Our house was in desperate need for a detailed cleaning & I can’t speak highly enough of our experience with blessingworks and the astounding work they did in our home. My house was perfect, so clean, it smelled amazing, and I’m pretty sure I’ve never seen my hardwood & tiles floors so shiny! They have made this full-time-working-mommy of 2, job so much easier at upkeeping our house. I am thankful for them & look forward to having them back!
I could not be more pleased with them! The women who came were kind, hand attention to the smallest detail & most importantly, I felt completely safe & 100% comfortable having them in my home. After having them there, I look forward to going home & have enjoyed my space completely after they left! They were EASY to communicate with from beginning to end. In fact, I had a question and a Manager called me back within 10 minutes from scheduling the cleaning. I love customer service and they were perfect. A lady name April came on time at 7:30am which is what I requested. She cleaned our home and was professional, focused, and quickly corrected a few minor retouches. I recommend them and will use them in the near future. Thank you guys!
I've worked with Chiara on 3 projects so far. I initially contacted her because we recently purchased a new home that needed to be completely updated. We did an initial consultation and also met at the house so she could see the space. She presented a paint selection which we were both happy with at the first try. We only made some minor adjustments to the first colors she chose due to the lighting in the house. In addition to the paint selection she found painters who were top notch - and they did the job in on a tight schedule. For the sake of this review I won't go into extreme detail but the week of our move we were on a previously planned vacation and I had no hesitation giving her a key to the house for access for herself and the painters while we were gone. She supervised the job while we were gone and we were extremely happy with the result and having that done before moving in. At the last minute we decided we wanted to have the master closet redesigned and installed. She quickly created a functional design and found a contractor to do the building of the closet. While the installation of the closet itself took longer than I thought it would (this was not due to Chiara - our communication and expectations of the contractor could not have been more clear and besides, these things happen sometimes), I'm very happy with the finished product. Most recently I contacted her for the kitchen space. I purchased and refinished a kitchen table & chairs but wasn't sure about the color so I reached out to her to talk about the kitchen design even though we won't be starting that remodel until a later date. We did a consultation and talked about the design for the kitchen in detail. I was again very happy with the initial design and only made a few minor changes while we were talking about some of the details. She was able to get the kitchen chair cushions reupholstered for me in beautiful fabric that fits with the design we are doing in the house for a reasonable cost. Before contacting Chiara for the kitchen I was trying to figure it out myself and did some driving around town looking at fabrics. If you have never done that before it is completely overwhelming! I'm so glad I gave up on the DIY plan! She has oodles of resources, contractors, upholsterers, painters, people who do wonderful, quality work for a reasonable cost. We are currently working on floors for the extra bedrooms in the house. Truly, Chiara has been a pleasure to work with. She is very professional, prepared, she listens and works to incorporate your "vision" for your space while giving good design advice. She has been able to work on our timeline, doing one project at a time, little by little. I know a lot of people think that with Pinterest and HGTV you can do it yourself. Not true!! The investment in a designer for your home can make all the difference and without reservation I would recommend Chiara for any size project of whatever style/taste.
She was amazing! Everything in my home was well organised and put away. I'm definitely gonna have her to do a cleaning every 2 weeks.
