- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are straightforward. I offer a 1-hour complimentary consultation and charge $55/hour thereafter. I also offer the service of removing items for donation. Typically, when I purchase products for a project, I will require a deposit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a 1-hour complimentary, in-home consultation. At this time, the client and I will look at and discuss the space and their needs and their vision for the space. I will offer suggestions for the space and possible items to be purchased. We will determine a mutual time when the project can be started and an estimate on how long it will take.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My college degree was acquired from Indiana State University. Besides reading several books on organization, my training has been hands on. Prior to starting my business, CleanSlate, two years ago, I spent many hours and days helping friends decorate and organize their homes. I realized there was a need for this and formed my business.
