- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the scope of the project, materials needed, and the level of detail involved. Every home renovation is unique, so we provide customized estimates rather than a one-size-fits-all price. We strive to be transparent from the start, clearly outlining all costs in writing so there are no surprises. We also focus on value and quality, ensuring that every dollar spent goes toward long-lasting results and expert craftsmanship. Customers can trust that our prices reflect fair rates for the skill, time, and care we bring to each project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, we start with a consultation or estimate to discuss the project details and goals. After we’ve assessed the work, we provide a written estimate outlining the scope, materials, and projected timeline. Once the customer approves the estimate, we move forward with a contract agreement to ensure everything is clear and transparent. From there, we schedule the project start date, handle any necessary permits, and keep the homeowner updated throughout every step of the renovation. After completion, we do a final walkthrough together to make sure everything meets expectations before closing out the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training started early—working side by side with my father, a master carpenter with decades of experience in home renovations. Over the years, I learned the full range of skills from framing and finish carpentry to plumbing, electrical, and full-home remodels.
