- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Since we represent several window manufacturers, we can meet a customer's needs, expectations and budget. This is unique for a window company because most window and door companies represent one manufacturer. Our window consultants will come to your home and take measurements, inspect each window for any issues, and discuss your needs and/or problems that you may be experiencing in specific rooms of the home. A particular room may be hot due to the direction it is facing, or maybe facing a busy and noisy street, or perhaps has a neighbor with a barking dog that is left outside for prolong periods of time. If any of these situations are concerns of yours too, our window consultant can offer solutions to help with these issues. An estimate is then given to the homeowner for custom windows that fit their needs and budget. Our company does not believe in hard sales techniques. We do believe that customers need to do their homework and research when selecting a company to do work in their home. We encourage you to read our reviews and ask any questions that you may have. We have certified installers that are professionally trained and educated in the latest techniques for flawless installations. Our installation experts are also lead certified and take every precaution when working in a home with lead paint issues.
