- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward and always includes high-quality materials, full setup, and delivery. Balloon décor starts at $150+, and full-service decor packages start at $450+. Larger designs, specialty themes, shimmer walls, props, or custom pieces may increase the price. I offer bundle discounts for multiple décor items and provide clear, upfront quotes with no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a quick consultation to understand your theme, colors, event vision, and budget. From there, I create a décor plan and give you a simple, transparent quote. Once approved, I reserve your date with a nonrefundable deposit, handle all planning and prep, and arrive early on the event day for setup. My goal is to make the process smooth, stress-free, and beautifully executed from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed hands-on professional training in event decor design, color matching, organic balloon techniques, and structural installations. I continuously stay updated with industry trends, advanced balloon techniques, and premium decor standards to ensure every setup looks polished and high-quality.
