- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in straightforward, transparent pricing with no surprises. Most handyman and repair services are quoted upfront whenever possible, and we always discuss pricing before any additional work is completed. Diagnostic and service call fees may apply depending on the type of service requested. We also offer affordable HomeCare Plans for homeowners looking for ongoing maintenance and preventative services. Discounts may be available for bundled services or larger projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with learning more about the customer’s project, repair, or maintenance needs through Thumbtack messages, photos, or a quick phone call. Once we understand the scope of work, we provide an estimate or schedule a service visit if a diagnosis is needed. We communicate clearly throughout the process, arrive on time, and complete the work professionally while treating the home with respect. After the job is complete, we review everything with the customer to make sure they are satisfied and answer any questions they may have.
