Outstanding service from Direct Home Pros. Installing a heavy 60-inch fan on a high outdoor ceiling is no easy task, but they handled it effortlessly. They were knowledgeable, polite, answered all our questions, and left the patio spotless when they finished. The fan looks amazing and blows a ton of air. Couldn't be happier with the results!

I would like to thank Adam who helped us install a ceiling fan in our office. Not only he was prompt to respond to our quote request (which was competitively priced), he was very punctual to show up on the the time we agreed to for the service. In his first trip we found out that one of the fan parts was missing from the brand new box so he could not install it in that trip. But he promised to come back again and he followed up with me regularly to check if the part was delivered. He made a second trip and installed the fan for us. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in straightforward, transparent pricing with no surprises. Whenever possible, we provide pricing before your appointment so you know what to expect. Many common installations and replacements have standard starting prices, while larger or more customized projects are quoted based on the scope of work.
Additional charges may apply for things such as high ceilings, specialty fixtures, difficult access, additional electrical or plumbing work, or other conditions outside a standard installation. If anything changes once we see the project, we’ll discuss it with you before completing additional work.
We never believe in unnecessary upselling — our goal is to complete the work you contacted us for, do it properly, and leave you with clear expectations from start to finish.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with learning more about the customer’s project, repair, or maintenance needs through Thumbtack messages, photos, or a quick phone call. Once we understand the scope of work, we provide an estimate or schedule a service visit if a diagnosis is needed. We communicate clearly throughout the process, arrive on time, and complete the work professionally while treating the home with respect. After the job is complete, we review everything with the customer to make sure they are satisfied and answer any questions they may have.

Direct Home Pros brings years of hands-on experience with residential home maintenance, repairs, and installations throughout the DFW area. Our experience includes common home projects such as ceiling fan and light fixture installation, garbage disposal and faucet replacement, TV mounting, drywall repairs, and other household maintenance needs.
We follow manufacturer recommendations and industry best practices, with an emphasis on safe installation, secure mounting, proper testing, and quality workmanship. Our background in residential property management also gives us extensive experience identifying common home maintenance issues and understanding what it takes to properly care for a home.
We believe the job should be completed correctly, tested before we leave, and the work area left clean and ready to use.
