- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer our best pricing to clients in this competitive market. We are always keeping tabs on the current market and our competition to ensure our pricing is in-line with market pricing and our service offerings. We believe that we provide the best value for our services and look forward to helping you with your investment property! We offer discounts to owners with 5 or more properties in their portfolio.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet with each prospective client with an initial consultation to find out their individual needs as well as let them know details about our company to determine if we are able to meet each others' needs. Once we have established that we are a match, we will set up an agreement and then work with you to ensure your property is ready to rent or sell and market it appropriately.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are required as licensed Real Estate agents to keep a specific number of hours of continuing education to maintain our state license. We also take additional hours of classes for Property Management and other related topics to ensure we are kept up to speed on the latest updates. We are also in touch with local and national peers to share information on current trends and upcoming laws that affect property management and real estate as a whole.
