Brad was very professional and very flexible around my needs. The tile looks magnificent. They cleaned up everything when they were finished. Because of the combination of customer service skills and his quality of work i am going to hire him to do two other bathrooms.

Brad and his assistant Gina were a pleasure to work with. I work a hectic schedule and Brad made arraingments to come to my house early one morning before I had to leave for work to meet our dog, so she wouldn't be stressed out having a new face show up and come in the house while we weren't there. While the work was taking place Brad checked in with me via pictures to show progress and let me know our dog was doing well! Gina took the time to help me track down some special tile and worked hard to get me a discounted price, even when it meant talking with me late at night and on the weekend. In the end, they both checked in with me after the work was complete to discuss my feelings and came back to make a few changes to ensure I was 100% satisfied. They make a great team and you can tell they take pride in their business.
