- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone or in person consultation. Answer questions and concerns. If applicable, planning meetings & visit to the venue where your event will be held. For clients that are unfamiliar with any part of The service we are providing or any planning pertaining to it, we can offer our expertise & experience to give ideas & options depending on different variables relating to your event. Also, I work with many event professionals and I am always willing to refer you to other professionals to meet any other needs you may have for your event. I only work with professionals and will only make referrals to those that are competent & experienced.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
All types. From private events to weddings to all sorts of corporate/business events. Have worked with party planners & hosts, planners & coordinators. No matter who I work with, the goal remains the same...to deliver not just on the client's expectations...but to go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly, stress free & do our part to make sure your event is truly amazing!
