Ben is a great personal trainer! I've worked with three personal trainers in the past and Ben's workouts are head a shoulders above my previous experiences. I started working out with Ben in July of this year and noticed immediate results. I like the fact that Ben knows a multitude of work outs, and we mixed gym workouts in with and bootcamp/crossfit style work outs that cause muscle confusion and great results. I'll be going back to Ben next month to start another cycle!

I enjoy working out with Warren.. He cares about me not only while we are working out but through the week he checks on me and always has my back..he is a very good and loyal trainer and I only wish I could have him 7 days a week .. Jonas has been a great trainer. On the days I want to give up he pushes and challenges me. He's always there on time. He makes bootcamp and personal training fun. I never dread going! He genuinely cares about each one of his clients and understands their needs in the gym.

I've had the wonderful pleasure of working out with Evelyn since October 2013 and it has been a real treat. Evelyn took the time from day 1 to understand what my needs were and what changes I was looking to make in my life. She has been so flexible with me allowing me to move days around to accommodate my ever-changing schedule, pushing me when I feel lazy, listening to me and my body to help alter our routines for the best results. She is even helping me with my diet and keeping me accountable. I just love working out with her, we laugh, we have fun and we truly enjoy each workout. She cares so much about people that she's been running FREE bootcamp-style workouts every Saturday morning for all those who are interested!! I'm happy to be on this journey with Evelyn!

New Life Family Fitness is more than a boot camp. I have tried several different bootcamps in the past... Although, I lost weight with the other bootcamps. I always felt like just another number. The previous trainer were always trying to push a product that I should be taking, Protein shakes and supplements. When I first started going to New Life Family Fitness, I was waiting to see what protein shakes and supplements they endorse. To my suprise that never happen. It's all about life style change, healthy eating and working out. As I stated before, New Life Family Fitness is more than a bootcamp... It's a Lifestyle change with family. You'll run, stretch, lift and play in a supportive environment! Sure, It's a boot camp but it's so much more.

From day 1 to the early AM workouts, he will push you and motivate you with more than just "a plan" but a comprehensive schedule and contact buddy system that will get you the results you need. I look forward to working more with them over the years. Tom and his practice are fantastic!! I hope everyone gets a chance to use Fit Body Bootcamp in the Richardson area.

Felipe is the best.... I have worked with other trainers but his positive attitude, belief in me, and power to push me sets him above all the rest! I have met goals with him and continue to do so... I would recommend him to anyone. He is always smiling, always working, and truly cares for his clients. He's always changing up my workouts to maximize my time with him so I never get bored with the same old routines. This is your guy if your looking to get fit!

I hired Mark as my personal trainer to come to my home and help me work out to get more healthy. I have some health issues and he helped me work out to the best of my ability. He was encouraging and pushed me to do just one more sit up, or one more mountain climber. He has a wonderful personality and is very caring about the person he is training.

Rachel Greve is an amazing trainer. she knows how to work with all body types and she really pushes you to exceed your highest abilities. when i said i couldn't do something, she proved me that i can!. I've gotten stronger and faster in athletics sports because of her. What ever your desires are either loosing weight, getting stronger or just maintaining a healthy body, definitly get ahold of Rachel. plus, the gym she works at GET FIT WELLINGTON is a 24 hour access gym with so many classes to choose from. Spin, yoga, Pilates, zumba, dance, woman's self defense class, bootcamp, butt and core, and crossfit and so much more... GIVE IT A TRY!! Just in time for summer.

My experience with Juliet has been nothing but the best. Always a great workout, with constant change. She pushes you to be better and believes in your journey. Get me fit now! We offer a Monday, Wednesday, and Friday boot camps every 5:30am. Boot camp workouts are a great way to get fit, lose fat, and have fun. They're incredibly popular because they focus on full body fitness and address all areas of fitness including cardio and muscular endurance, fat loss and weight loss, full-body strength, agility, balance, flexibility, periodization, and most importantly, they get results. My camp is focused on improving the fitness of individuals at most ability levels. The program develops strength, agility, muscular endurance, and for the more deconditioned campers, aerobic endurance. Each hour-long session is formatted around five distinct modules: Dynamic warm-up: jogging, skipping, carioca, side shuffles, jack squats, and etc. Strength: walking, lunges, side squats, push-ups, burpees, medicine ball chops, and etc. Dumbells and Kettlebells for weight and strength training Fun and competitive daily activity: team relays around course, and etc. Cooldown: relaxation and stretching Small groups and corporate boot camps are available. I will come to you and start up a camp. We need minimum of 6 people. Pick a time, and we are set to go.
