Kathryn Armstrong has been counseling all three of us in our family and we highly recommend her. Kathryn is a Christian and her faith defines who she is as a person. She has been trained to know how to use her faith in assisting people and if it is requested by the client, she is willing and capable of using matters of Christian faith to assist clients. However, she does not use her faith in sessions where the client has not requested that it be a part of the therapy. She is highly trained as a professional counselor and uses that training in all of her sessions, with faith-based clients and with those who prefer that faith not be a part of their counseling. She has been very helpful to our family in the over two years that we have been seen by her. My husband and I prefer faith-based counseling so she will include that with us; however our adolescent daughter does not want that to be a part so she does not use that with her. We have all made significant progress as a result of our time with Kathryn. Our teenage daughter had some rather serious issues and Kathryn has been able to effectively address them and I am happy to say that our daughter is doing much better now! The initial problem is over and we see much growth in our daughter. Kathryn sees my husband and myself at times and has been able to point out difficulties that directly affect our daughter and our family dynamics. We are extremely grateful to have been referred to Kathryn and would highly recommend her counseling to others as well. Lynn, A satisfied Client.

I know Paul Iarussi to be a kind and compassionate man and a relationship counselor par excellence. Paul brings a wealth of personal and professional experience to his therapy practice, providing insight, education, and skill-building tools to individuals and relationships in need of support and guidance. Paul has the unique ability to see the potential for growth and happiness in every client he meets. He meets clients "where they are at" and accompanies them on their respective journeys toward clarity, health, and joy. Paul is mature, wise, empathetic, and caring. His education and training along with his personal characteristics make him a wise choice for anyone seeking to improve their lives and become the person they want to be. - Eric Denner, LMFT-S, LCDC

Our family originally engaged Sheila to support my son’s ADD issues and help him create strategies to deal with his struggles in school (in particular we explored Biofeedback Therapy). This went well but then my husband’s sudden decision to leave our family left all of us shocked and spinning. Sheila started seeing both children to help them deal with the trauma of divorce and all the intricacies of the situation. While her focus has been the children, she has been instrumental in helping me be the mother my children have needed through this time. She gives me the space to make mistakes and kindly brings me back to awareness of what the children need, want, and feel. She has helped all three of us grieve and cope and move on to an incredibly fulfilling life while still holding all of us accountable for our choices. While Sheila is definitely a strong advocate for the children and their mental and psychological health, she realizes that the parents play a huge role in that and so works with everyone to meet the children’s needs for safety, love, and strong boundaries. I would strongly recommend Sheila to anyone needing support and guidance dealing with the challenges associated with being part of a family as either a child or parent.

I had developed insomnia due to stress at work. By the time I contacted Ron Mottern, it had begun to evolve from acute to chronic. I noticed significant improvement after the first session of hypno-therapy, and with subsequent sessions I am well on the way to a complete cure. General ability to relax during the day and in potential anxiety producing contexts has improved as well. Treatments like this promise to make sleeping pills and valium obsolete. That's a good thing in my opinion!

I met Jessica when she was 28 years old. She has cerebral palsy from birth. Jessica spent most of her time in her room on the floor watching T.V. and listening to books on tape. Jessica thought her life was just fine, not knowing how much she was missing. I married her father and began looking for services to help her expand her world and improve her body physically. We met Christine and changes began to happen. Christine started recreational and aquatic therapy with Jessica. They would plan activites and go out to lunch, to the movies, shopping, all the things that most young women do all the time. Jessica began to look forward to the outings. Then Christine started aquatic therapy, and whithin a short time Jessica was becoming stronger and able to walk much better with her walker. I know Christine not only provided the therapies mentioned about, but she also helped Jessica assert herself and make her own decisions. Jessica was becoming more independant which was the next step in her life. A year ago Jessica moved into a group home. She is extremly happy and is thriving in the home. We know that Christine played a hugh part in preparing her for this move. Jessica and Christine would talk about being independant and how much work that would involve. Jessica began to see the advantage of moving away from her dad. Not only did Christine help Jessica improve her life, but she was there for me when I was having a difficult time dealing with issuses as the step-mother. Christine always was interested in all aspects of our family and she made sure that Jessica understood how to respect and get along as a family. We miss having Christine in our lives and would highly recommend her dedication and expertise to improve your child's life. You have found the right professional therapy company for your family!

I have been a client of Andrea's for over 8 months. I cannot express the change she has brought into my life. I began working with her during a severe depression period in my life. Through intense therapy sessions, where Andrea gave guidance to me, I was able to dig into deep issues and really look introspectively at my life from different angles. I am now much more stable and getting increasingly more aware of my behavior daily. I am still a patient of Andrea's and plan to continue to be for the undetermined future. I highly recommend her services to anyone struggling with depression/anxiety/mood disorders/relationship or control issues/ or in general need unbiased open ears for structured therapy sessions.
