- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service is all inclusive so our monthly maintenance is generally higher than most other companies but we don’t nickle and dime our customers. We pride ourselves on quality of service, materials and equipment along with building long-standing relationships with our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get pictures of the aquariums and filtration, we also do a free assessment and visit before starting any job or project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Together we have over 20 years of aquarium maintenance and service experience and an additional 15 years in the customer service industry.
