I got an estimate from this company in November and there were some hiccups on my end which prevented the work being done promptly . James the owner kept in touch the whole time until this week ( January 17th) when I could finally get it done . He worked with me to find an affordable plan and the job came out beautifully.

When I first contacted James, I immediately felt how professional & knowledgeable he was. He came the next day & walked around my backyard. We weren't sure how to design it, but he had very interesting ideas & promised to come up with a nice one. In fact, he was spot on. After receiving his reasonable estimate, we decided to have him execute the turf project.
Once the project started, Deryl, his crew leader, came with an army of very professional & friendly guys. They were super clean, full of energy, while ensuring everything is in shape. Deryl turned my turf project to a complete home improvement project. He improved my drainage, and he re-assembled some of my old sprinkler's system. He even leveled some areas that were not even in the estimate. In other words, he took my project so personal to the point that everything became better after they left.
I cannot thank them enough & would absolutely recommend them to execute any project. The backyard looks amazing & my wife & kids loved it.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As an artificial grass installation company, we follow a typical process when working with new customers.
First, we begin by scheduling a consultation with the customer to determine their needs and requirements. During the consultation, we will ask questions about the intended use for the artificial grass, the desired style and look, and the size and scope of the project.
Next, we will provide the customer with a detailed estimate and proposal outlining the costs and timeline for the project. If the customer agrees to move forward, we will then schedule a site visit to take measurements and assess the site conditions.
Once the site visit is complete, we will finalize the design and provide the customer with a detailed plan and layout of the installation. We will also discuss any additional features or services, such as turf maintenance or irrigation systems, that the customer may require.
After the design is finalized, we will schedule the installation and provide the customer with a timeline for completion. Throughout the installation process, we will communicate regularly with the customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the progress and final result.
