- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the size, customization, and complexity of each project. A deposit is required to secure your date, and final pricing may include setup, delivery, and breakdown fees depending on the event. I occasionally offer bundle pricing for clients booking multiple items or services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a consultation to understand the client’s vision, theme, colors, and budget. From there, I provide recommendations and a quote. Once everything is confirmed and a deposit is made, I begin the design and preparation process. On the event day, I handle setup to ensure everything looks exactly as planned.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My expertise comes from hands-on experience, continuous learning, and staying up to date with trends in balloon design and event styling. I’ve developed my skills through practice, research, and working with a variety of clients and event styles.
