- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No complicated pricing system, I try to work with everyones budget. The quotes that I submit are only estimate for the maximum number of guests and budget per person that they submit.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been cooking meals and baking since I was six years old. I tried out working various jobs through the years, I always excelled but was never extremely happy. I started by request catering dinners to companies during the week in the downtown and Medical Center areas. I truly loved it and have continued since then. I am currently in school for Culinary Arts, to further my career as a chef. No piece of paper can replace what is in your heart, however I love trying new things and I am never too old to learn.
