Introduction: He is from New Orleans, LA, but now resides in the greater Houston area for the past six years. Hes been in the world of culinary food and hospitality for 13 years. Hes a graduate of Texas Culinary Academy. He has worked in various types of restaurants, from Asian American to international, French, steak houses as well as in 5 hotels.
His passion for food, along with his experience, is what lead him to this point of sharing his favor and talent for good food. Hes very passionate when it comes to preparing good gourmet foods, no matter what the type may be. He always believed that the best memories are created with the enjoyment of cooking cuisines with elegance and simplicity. His favorite foods to prepare are, and he has a very strong passion for French cuisines.
A personal goal of his has always been to make people happy through food, and to one day start a family business.
