Jimmy M. says, "First let me say, it would be nice to choose all of the above; work quality, value, professionalism, punctuality, and responsiveness! These are all the qualities and more to describe half of the work done by Omar and his assistant Senior Victor. It started when Omar took time to do an estimate on our floor during Easter. The man has a family and drove an hour to us for the estimate! You do not find someone with that sort of character anymore. While and Victor were here for the past two days they respected our home as theirs and we considered them as family. The did a wonderful job on our tile project. Omar made sure each and every tile was square and level. It it didn't look right he redid it. I am telling you, A-Spec is who you need to call for your tile needs. They also do more than tile repair, actually, we will be having them back for anything else that needs to be fixed. Call them, they are terrific!"See more

They were transparent about pricing from the start, walked me through exactly what they'd do, and communicated often throughout the project. The job involved replacing the tub, tile, and plumbing, and along the way we decided to remove a furdown and reroute the water and vent pipes—everything worked out beautifully, and it made the space feel much larger. I have an older house that called for a few extra accommodations, and they provided solid solutions each time. Cleanup was great, and Dany followed up after the job to make some adjustments I requested. Highly recommend."See more
