Very fast to respond and knowledgeable. He kept us updated on the progress and had suggestions on things to save us money when we ran into a bigger issue than was expected after the tile was pulled up. He was able to work with the very few extra tiles we had leftover from the original flooring. We will be hiring him again in the future if we have another project.
