Update: So now I am being defamed by allegations of insurance fraud! If you have proof of this insurance fraud activities, please provide them. I do not recommend this company. I got a chimney chase cover installed to replace the original chimney chase (1984). I have lived in my house since 2018. Was out of town for most of the storms that came through from 2018 - 2021 and have never had any problems with the chimney. Got the chimney chase replaced in March 2022 and the first rain with strong wind, water is coming in the flue. Just dripping inside the fireplace, side of fireplace. Notified the company and the technician checked the installation and decided there is no problem with the installation. The next hard rain with strong winds, the same thing happened. Water just dripping inside the flue and all over. Contacted the company again to let them know and the fight of what could’ve happened and what they did and what I did and what needs to happen starts. I finally hired another chimney professional and just by looking from the ground, he already had comments. He finally got to the roof and immediately said that the reason why rain is coming in is because there is not wind driven rain suppressor around the cap. I told the manager this and her response was that they only replaced the chimney chase. Ok. So whatever prevented the rain driver rain to come in the house before is gone. Thrown away by the technician when they installed the replacement chase cover. You would think as the owner and business owner her response would have been ok let us correct that. Instead, I was called a liar and unreasonable for wanting a leaking chimney fixed. So here’s a photographic story of the work they did for me and I’ll let you be the judge. I do not recommend this place at all! The last photos are what they did to attempt to repair the leak.

What an absolute scam. They do not disclose an inspection fee when scheduling. I told the technician over the phone that all I wanted was a quote for flashing repair. He spent five minutes looking at the chimney and wouldn’t leave my home until I paid him $100. Not to mention he was incredibly rude and 30 minutes late, and now they won’t answer my calls. Awful way to do business.

We moved into an old home with a very damaged and never-cleaned fireplace. We went with instant chimney and are glad we did. They inspected our fireplace, told us what needed to be done to use it safely for the winter, and then made the 50 year old fireplace look brand new. They also fixed the flu latch that we thought was going to need complete replacement and even repaired some of the brick mortar while they were at it just because they could. Super fast work, amazingly clean and thorough, awesome job. 10/10.

I recently bought a new house and decided to get the chimney cleaned so I contacted Green Home Air Service to get a quote and they got back to me within minutes with a reasonable price. The technician Benjamin was polite and called when he was on his way to my house. He ended up needing to make some repairs but explained everything to me and showed me what the issues were before fixing them. I felt like the pricing to fix the issues were also reasonable and would use this company again. Also just as an added positive note Benjamin wore a mask the entire time he was working which always makes me feel at ease. We've had a lot of ppl from different companies coming to do things around this house since we bought it and I'll tell you it's definitely not a practice that all companies/technicians follow.
