Not a pleasant experience. I specifically asked for the fan blades to be cleaned. She did not do that. She claimed it was "too hot" upstairs. This is a vacant home with brand new carpeting and (not great) previous cleanings. Cleaner complained it was too much work, it was too hot, the house was "disgusting", and filthy. We agreed on $200. I paid an extra $100 because she was unhappy. That did not help. She WAS responsive. Would not hire again.

The air conditioner in the upstairs did not work. We are in Texas. Summer hot day it was 97 degrees and I text you several times regarding the heat and you did not respond. Company policy states that we are not allowed to clean if the conditions are dangerous to our health. Although it was hot I still vacuumed, mopped and cleaned the bathrooms as a courtesy. By the time I was done vacuuming I couldn’t breathe because there was no circulation in the upstairs. We are very professional and very good at what we do. We are very sorry that you were not happy and have offered to go back once the air upstairs is working. Thank you
