As a part of this, we can always send pictures and/or text logs of the work being done to the computer upon the customer's request. This allows the customer to be in the loop and know how the repairs/recovery is progressing. Here are just SOME of our services: Diagnostics: -If an issue is not a straight forward fix, such as blue screen errors Quick Fixes: -Any small issues you might be having trouble with which can be resolved quickly, such as trouble un/installing programs, internet protocols, etc. Virus/Threat Removal: -Removal of any/all malware, virus, spyware, hijacks, etc Cleanup: -Cleaning out any unwanted files with registry repairs to speed up your computer and free up storage space Virus Removal & Cleanup Combo: -Remove any threats and clean up the computer for increase speed, safety, and storage space OS Restore w/ Drivers: -Reformatting the storage and complete restoration of operating system with up-to-date drivers (restores your computer to like new!) Hardware Fixes: -Overheating issues, part upgrades, & replacements (you provide the parts; excludes D/C jacks) We accept cash only, and only so after the work is completed.
