Introduction: Stein PC Repair (est. 2007) is a home-based computer repair business, located in Northwest Houston. “If you name it, I’ll solve it!” is more than just my slogan – it’s a personal guarantee. Computer repair has been my passion for the past 13 years and during that time I’ve seen just about every problem imaginable as an IT Specialist. It's with tremendous pride that I not only do the job the right way, but that I also educate my customers on how to take care of their machines as well as how to better safeguard themselves in the future.
It does the customer no good if an IT Specialist takes their money and never teaches them the fundamentals behind what we do. Without a doubt, the Internet is one of mankind’s greatest inventions, but also one of the most dangerous if you’re not aware of how to deal with and avoid the hordes of spyware, malware, viruses, rootkits, and other programs that can potentially wreak havoc to your machine.
I do almost everything. Home network setups, audio/visual setups for TV's, viruses, PC and Laptop repair (excluding tablets, phones), Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange work. I also am very fluent in customer education and helping them to learn so that they actually don't need me as much :).
