- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything is upon negotiation. I serve the community. The community does not serve me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer may contact me with detailed information. I usually get back with the customer within 24 hours. Once I know the customers needs, I am able to gauge the cost of my services. I am willing to negotiate depending on the customer's budget, as I desire to work with all individuals, companies and organizations.
