Chardae coordinated our wedding and was amazing from start to finish.
From our first phone call I was impressed by her professionalism and knowledge about the industry.
But Chardae really shined the week of our wedding. After a year of planning it was a luxurious blessing to be able to turn my brain off and leave this event in Chardae's capable hands.
Even when things didn't go all the way to plan, she was calm, cool and collected.
She handled our rehearsal with ease and intuitiveness and insured the venue was set up to my specifications.
Our day was so very special and Chardae was a huge part of making it happen.
Chardae was a Godsend! She was the best investment for our wedding day! I did all lf the wedding planning, so I was looking for a day-of coordinator to take care of everything the day of. Not only was she responsive, professional, and accommodating, she was truly invested in making sure Kenton and I had a stress-free and enjoyable wedding from start to finish. Chardae went above and beyond what was required! She stepped in when vendors were falling short or things were not as planned, and you would have no idea until she gave you a “behind the scenes” debrief after the wedding. Chardae was so thoughtful in executing all the day-of coordination, and she did it with such poise, patience, and professionalism that it really put Kenton and I at ease to know we were in good hands!! I would absolutely recommend Chardae!
Chardae was nothing short of AMAZING!!!!!! She was literally the biggest help throughout my entire wedding planning process! I seriously don't know what I would have done without her helping me along the way! If anything, she went above and beyond her role to guarantee my wedding be perfect!!! For anyone starting to plan their wedding, always start with reaching out to Chardae. She is truly an Angel on earth and anyone who is lucky enough to get her as a wedding planner will have the best possible wedding. I'd give Chardae 10 stars if that was an option. A few weeks before my wedding, I realized that I needed a day of coordinator. My venue provided almost no assistance, but thanks to her project management experience, Chardae was able to manage all eight individual vendors and timelines seamlessly. She was detailed, kind, and thoughtful with problem solving. She was accommodating to new requests and adaptive to New Orleans traditions that we incorporated in our Houston wedding. She even helped in a crisis of a last minute bustle situation right before first dances. She was excellent (clear, detailed, professional) with communication to make sure all questions were answered and timelines were kept. Hire Chardae. You won't regret it.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the size of your wedding (guest count), the location, and how soon you would like me to get involved. I'm more than willing to see how we can best utilize my assistance within your budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have a complimentary consultation, either in person or over zoom, up to an hour. I do prefer to meet in person, but I am happy to accommodate your preferences. We will discuss your needs, your budget, and my services to see if we are the best fit for one another.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Not too much has changed from my previous corporate career in Project Management. I simply shifted to planning weddings instead of managing airport projects!
