After a blockage was found in the dryer duct that others could not reach, Luis was able to clean it all up. Unlike others who push for chemical cleans and push to wash your whole house, we only opted for the blockage removal which was a reasonable price. Hence we hired this company.

These guys are awesome! They came out within 2 days of contacting them. When they first arrived, they found the issue very quickly upon inspection. Birds had built nests inside of my dryer vent and this was trapping lint and creating a blockage of airflow. Pablo took the time to explain the issue, show me pictures, provided recommendations, gave me a break down of the process for correcting it and preventing it in the future (new vent cap with guard). They were able to get me all fixed up. They worked very quickly, cleaned up after their work, and honestly saved me money because I was about to buy a new dryer. This was also obviously a fire hazard, so I'm grateful for their work and I'm glad I reached out to them beforehand. Thanks Pablo and Fresh Air!

Showed up to clean my dryer vent. Didn't find a clog inside. I explained my issue that prompted and they checked the exterior vent on my roof and cleaned it out. It was quite clogged! I appreciated their willingness to check and go above the requested service call to address the problem.
