Gian and the entire team at Healthy Environment, LLC went above and beyond for our family. My parents' HVAC system was in dire need of cleaning and duct replacement. Clean air is an absolute must, especially since my mother has been ill for some time, so my husband and I decided to get a few estimates for them. The initial assessment was thorough, the explanations were detailed and accompanied by pictures, and we were already highly impressed at the quote phase.
To our sheer amazement, the company took care of everything and expected nothing in return. This level of kindness is beyond rare. While we certainly didn't expect it, we are incredibly grateful. The attention to detail, expertise, professionalism, and genuine heart put into this service were incredible.
The team took care to prep all areas to protect the furniture and worked for hours (seemingly without breaks) to finish the job. The vents are pristine, the upstairs ducts are brand new, and the plenums and downstairs ducts are spotless. They explained everything with before-and-after pictures, cleaned up meticulously, and left every surface they touched better than they found it.
I don't often leave reviews or use the word "blessing," but that is exactly what this company has been to our family. We will absolutely be using them for maintenance moving forward and recommending them to everyone we know.
Needless to say, run to hire them! You won't regret it. Companies with a heart like this, who truly put people above profit, simply don't exist anymore.

I highly recommend this company for any HVAC services. Gian is an honorable professional who delivers quality work. I originally called him out because my plenum and ductwork were not routed correctly. He offered a very fair price, and I agreed to have the work started the same day.
After picking up supplies from Home Depot and beginning the job, he discovered significant damage inside my plenum. He clearly explained my options—a temporary fix or a full replacement—without any pressure. We agreed on a new, reasonable price for a complete replacement, which he scheduled for a later date.
He returned just two days later and completed the job efficiently. Throughout the process, he was punctual, transparent, and took the time to explain everything while answering all of my questions. His knowledge and honesty really stood out.
I’ll definitely use his services again if needed (though hopefully not anytime soon). Highly recommend!

They did amazing from beginning to end!!! Went above and beyond and kept me informed of what was going on with the bonus of pictures of before and after. The technicians were very professional and made sure to cover everything up keeping my house clean. Best air duct cleaning out there 1000% recommend to anyone looking for those types of services.

Thank you for a joy well done. Everything was explained in detail before the work to completion of the project. Great communication skills and customer service. I am very pleased and a satisfied customer with the new vents and duct cleaning. We can definitely tell the difference after the work was completed. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have some standard pricing, although, it really depends on the specific conditions that customer have.
For example:
1. Customer might have two identical houses with the same amount of vents or ducts to one furnace, however, one furnace might be in the crawlspace and the second furnace is in a open space, which will be a lot easier to clean.
2. customer replace filter regularly and keeping clean space, and the second customer never did, which will result in a lot more time cleaning.
These examples are only couple of issues from many other situations, therefore, there are plenty of reasons why it's hard to determine a standard pricing, and it's best to have Our free On site Estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our customers Love our free on site Estimate process, first step, we will get an idea over the phone what roughly needs to be done, at the Point of time we will quote them with a price that would be more or less targeting the cleaning process that they required, after that we will schedule the appointment for a Later day or sometimes we even have same day Service, when we arrived to the customer we will go over the information that we discussed over the phone, and we'll start our free inspection, will explain to them what needs to be done step-by-step and Make sure that the customer understand the process and how long it take to complete the cleaning process and the exact cost , our customers appreciate our honesty and knowing that the Price that we quote to them '' Will not change''
