- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our consultations last 30 minutes to an hour and cost $35. This is deducted if you go with our estimate. Our charge for your event varies based on sizes of candles, amount desired, if set up is included, etc. We also offer candles already made to order from our store that costs $19 each. If you do have a large order, we can discount bulk orders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Part of our consultation is getting to know you, the theme of your wedding, your preferences and of course your favorite scents. Then we send over a proposal and start the design and candle making process. If included in your service, we offer delivery and set up as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Candle making turned from a hobby into a business. All of our candles are hand poured and measured with care. We have a workshop where our curator creates all of our handmade scents. Every ingredient is sustainably sourced and organic while using only soy wax.
