Mr. Leonard is very good. He came on time, did a great job with our mailbox (painted, fixed the board underneath, polished the numerals and reaffixed them to our new mailbox) and was very neat. I asked him to take some building materials to be recycled for me, and he did that too. I highly recommend him.

He patched and textured about 35 holes in our drywall. After he started the job he said the price would actually be about twice what he first offered. Even then his price was still the lowest! He worked hard and did a great job. Recommended for smaller projects as he is a one man team.

He arrived early. (but not too early.) and did the job quickly and professionally. He was hired for a window pane repair and replace but while he was there he also fixed my fence. I definitely would hire him again for any project around the house that I need help with.
