We moved into an old home with a very damaged and never-cleaned fireplace. We went with instant chimney and are glad we did. They inspected our fireplace, told us what needed to be done to use it safely for the winter, and then made the 50 year old fireplace look brand new. They also fixed the flu latch that we thought was going to need complete replacement and even repaired some of the brick mortar while they were at it just because they could. Super fast work, amazingly clean and thorough, awesome job. 10/10.

I needed someone to inspect the chimney and cap prior to resealing fireplace wall in sheetrock. Alvin honestly told me everything up on chimney is fine and no need to replace the spark arrestor as I had been told by someone else. It’s not real pretty but it’s functional. He also advised waiting on chimney cleaning until the sheetrock replacement is complete. When it’s time, I will be calling Alvin out to do the fireplace and chimney cleaning.

First of all I don’t like to give reviews but I think I should help some folks that have gas logs not waste their money on a inspection or check up. For about 5 minutes of time which was basically to light up my pilot, I was charged for the cleaning special, but the technician insisted that a cleaning was not necessary because it was only dust. I mean I would have felt better even if he tried to vacumn a little because it is pretty dusty inside my fireplace around the logs. But oh well almost 200 dollars for something I could have done myself. Lesson learned don’t call these fireplace or chimney cleaners unless you have a wood burning fireplace. When I asked about the price since a cleaning was not performed, he said that price was the special pricing already everything else was more expensive.

Came out the next day on time and was very professional. I have an old home with a fireplace used only a couple of times and was advised I would need a deep clean not the basic. I had to leave this review to warn other people. Millennium responded quickly to my inquiry and came on time so we were at first excited to get our gas fireplace fixed during the freeze. However, only the assistant came for the service call. He had low knowledge and had to call his boss to help with the diagnosis. They quoted $1500 to replace the pilot lighter!!! We ended up using another company, turns out it was an easy fix, jammed gas door that needed to cleaned and cost $150 to fix. Stay away from this company!
