This was the absolute best experience I have ever had with a home repair contractor. I had them quote on replacing a water heater in my upstairs attic. I went with this quote because they quoted on an A O Smith brand water heater, which I know is made in the USA and because they offered a 3 year warranty on their labor. I asked for a bid Sunday night and received 4 quotes within minutes. Lightning Companies was able to do the work the next day and showed up on time ready to work. They were very careful to cover my carpet and completed the job within 2-3 hours. They supplied all the new parts necessary to install a water heater for the price they quoted and even turned my water heater a quarter turn to put the controls in a better location for me to do routine draining, etc. They left the work site clean and gave me all the papers that came with the water heater. I am extremely satisfied with this whole experience and will call this company in the future because they also do other types of work and repairs. I will definitely recommend this company and, in fact, have already told my younger brother about them as he is looking to have his water heater replaced.
