I have a cooktop that has detached from the countertop. Fix Pro sent a technician to my home on 5/15/2025. The technician did not speak any English and was unable to understand basic English. With google translate, he showed us a text that suggested using “super glue” to glue the cooktop back for $185. Upon speaking to Kitchenaid, it is clearly an incorrect (and potentially dangerous) fix. So we asked him to leave. The company still sent us an invoice for “service fee” of $30, which we feel is unfair since the technician was incompetent and failed to communicate
