FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices vary depending on the type of project and depending on what our clients are looking for, as a company our job is to work in your home giving our 110% every day and giving you the best quality that exists on the market, but as a contractor my job is to take care of financial interests of my clients and look for the option corresponding to their needs. If my client wants something luxurious and expensive, I look for the best materials with the best quality on the market and if my client wants to economize, I look for economical and durable materials without even contemplate low quality and super cheap products, and the reason is because as company we offer a guarantee on all our projects so we do not allow ourselves to use low quality products that will not last. And it is important to mention that as a company we have discounts every month of up to 20% off for which you can ask when receiving an estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first and most important thing is to know the reason why they want to remodel their house and what inspires them to do it, to know what type of experience I am going to look for them to have in the remodeling process, I regularly have two types of clients, the first is the client who has wanted to remodel his or her home for years and it has been a dream to come true for a long time, an enthusiastic client and this remodeling simply means a lot to him or her. For this type of client I always seek to have very high communication with him or her, I try to look for several different options of materials, designs and options of everything in general, I seek to paint a picture and understand what they want to be able to achieve and fulfill that dream and have complete satisfaction from him or her. On the other hand, if my client is a very busy person who doesn't really want to spend time on details and is simply looking to improve the view of their home or the reason for remodeling is a repair for any reason. I seek to be objective and rational when it comes to making project decisions and have extensive communication with my client without taking up much of their time. Usually, with these types of clients, at the end of every day I send them photos and notes of the project to keep them up to date along with questions, options and anything else that requires attention, in these cases we seek to work extra hours daily to finish the project faster and be able to give our client the opportunity to return to their normal rhythm of life, in Conclusion with this type of clients we seek to know them, know what they want and do it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied and got my certificate at the construction contractors board in Oregon, I do not have a license since the type of work I do doesn't require one in the state of Texas but I do have a certification and I take the classes every other year to be updated and of course to get another certificate.
