- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Cash and Checks only *If You would like to pay by Credit Cards, there will be a 5% charge. (The companies charge me to use this service.) I Use the Square reader Not Merchant Bank for all my Credit Card Transactions. Thank you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk with my customer as soon as possible. I can be reached by Phone, Text and if need to, go see the project to make sure to get the correct supplies, as well as, pricing for it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years of working with a property manager for his housing projects and Repairs, through out the homes. I have been HVAC certified. I have remodeled kitchens and specialize in cabinetry.
