FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally give you a much better bang for your buck on my materials especially TV mounts. I charge $20 per hour on what I know it should take me If I tell a client a job will take me two hours and it actually takes me THREE The client only pays for two hours, which is also why I generally like to overestimate and give you the actual time it took
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually I'll bring down all my tools and shake your hand and get an exact picture of what you want to see in your home after I leave. I am very honest about what I can and can't do for you. I usually prefer to work in private so you can continue throughout your day without contractor-sitting. I'll usually ask for you to come double check something before I put holes in the wall or anything like that.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my High School Diploma, a year's worth of experience in remodeling, two years A/V and general contracting. I am currently going to school at Altierus Career College for my Electrical Apprentice Technician certificate
