No, my pricing is based on the services Needed. i.e: personal training, women's strength training, bootcamps, nutritional guidance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting them for a 45 minute fitness assessment. Discussing their fitness goals, nutrition, measurements, 15 minutes workout and creating a fitness profile
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, every 6 months I'm in some type of fitness of nutrition class to stay up with the new changes and innovations in the industry.
