I still needed two more cameras installed and the whole system cleaned up and set up properly. Roberto came out for the consultation and had no problem taking on the project even though I had already started it. The consultation was very thorough — he took notes, pictures, and walked the property with me while I explained what I needed. Within two days he sent a full quote, and it was extremely competitive — about 60% less than other companies I had contacted. Some of the others were actually charging more because I had already installed two cameras. On the day of installation he showed up on time and was very flexible when I asked to move the NVR location from what we originally planned. He and his assistant replaced the exposed wiring with proper outdoor cable, routed everything cleanly through the attic, and brought the wires exactly where I wanted the NVR. They worked about 8 hours, quietly and professionally, and the final result looked great. He also helped mount a few heavy items on the wall, which wasn’t even part of the original job. We’re now planning a second visit to install a home sound system, convert my battery doorbell to a wired one, and clean up some internet wiring.
