FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always want to have my potential customer paint me a clear picture of what they want their system to do for them. I'll walk the project with you and listen to what you want done. I'll make suggestions that will enhance and add elegance to your home experience and make life easier. I'll build a proposal around your ideas and will go over it with you and explain how your system is designed and how it will work. Upon your approval and equipment deposit has been paid we will order your equipment and begin logistical installation process for a streamlined and turnkey install. If any programming is required, it will be started during this process of planning to speed installation process. In most instances we can have a portion of system working day 1 of install, if your installation will take more than 1 day. Once installation is complete we will show you how to use it to its fullest capabilities. We will not install your system then forget about you we are always a phone call away a when you need us. We can even fix most minor issues remotely without coming out.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Plan ahead for the system you want to get and always leave room for growth. Don't make impulsive purchases of any equipment without consulting a professional. Although most devices are smart devices not all work well with each other, and buying a device because it's "cheaper" doesn't necessarily mean that it works like a device you need to make your system work well. Ask your integrator as many questions as possible and paint a picture of you want your system to do for you. Always keep on mind that if you don't "need" or "want" a particular function today doesn't mean you won't "want or need" later. If you're doing heavy remodeling in your home and walls are opened this is the best time to consult a professional about your integrated system and any required wire can be ran during this process.
