Manny came out and did a fantastic job. He was extremely professional. His communication was great and he was mindful of my time as well. He showed up on time and came well prepared. He explained several things to me that I normally would not have known about. He also does an IR thermal check which was very good. His report was delivered very quickly and he did a detailed job. I highly recommend him!

Manny was extremely professional he explained the inspection process so I had a clear understanding. He was very patient and thorugh. The infra red camera. He used identified problems I didn't know exsisted.. Great bedside manor. Very knowledgeable I would absolutely refer him to anyone needing a home inspection.
