Our house had been on the market for 57 days with only two offers (both offers way lower than we wanted). In the very beginning, our agent suggested staging for a quicker sell but we weren’t sure it was worth it. But after almost 2 months, we decided to reach out to Geneva Design Co. Her price was the most reasonable quote we received and she was so kind and professional. She staged our living/dining room, bathrooms, kitchen, bar seating,and master bedroom. All of the art, decor and furniture looked so fresh and modern. It was the update our listing needed. She helped us update our photos with the new staging. It just looked stunning! Our agent relisted and held an open house to show off the new staging and we received MULTIPLE GOOD OFFERS!! Very happy with our experience and I highly recommend if you want to sell your house quickly.
