Thank you so much, Geneva, for helping stage my beautiful lake listing in Town Lake. Many buyers loved her staging designs and even asked to purchase the furniture! She carefully selected and designed every detail of the home, and once she de-staged, she left us with a spotless house after all the furniture was removed.I would be more than happy to work with her again in the future and highly recommend her to anyone planning to sell their home or set up an Airbnb. Geneva Design Co. Home Staging + Design was my first time using staging services, and honestly, I almost didnt do it. I thought, Who knows my house better than me? But I was wrong! I changed my mind at the last minute, and even though I didnt give Geneva much time, she staged my home beautifully.Theres something to be said about a professional coming in with a fresh set of eyes and design expertise that most people dont focus on learning, unless its their job. Geneva transformed the space in a way I never could have on my own, and I can see now how staging makes a huge difference.If youre in Houston - especially areas like The Heights, Montrose or Rice Villlage - and need your home staged to really shine, I highly recommend Geneva Design Co. Im grateful for her help and already recommend her to anyone I know getting ready to sell their home!
