I am so incredibly impressed with this team! They have been phenomenal. My home was on the market for 5 weeks, lots of interest, but it seemed to be everyone’s second choice. The feedback was positive but nit picky. I contacted Teresa on a Saturday during a holiday week, the home was completed on a Thursday, open house on Sunday and a written offer on Monday. The feedback after staging was phenomenal. No more nit picky comments and people seemed to feel more emotionally attached after staging. Before staging, I think people like the home when they saw it, but they didn’t “feel” like it could be there home until Teresa did her magic! I bought Teresa larger package which was still a bit cheaper than competitors.
