OMG, Nereyda Brenes SAVED ME! 😭❤️ I honestly can’t recommend her enough! My original cleaner canceled on me ONE DAY before my move-out cleaning appointment, and I was so stressed trying to find someone reliable at the last minute. Luckily, I found Nereyda and was able to book her, and I’m SO glad I did! She did an AMAZING job! My apartment was left absolutely SPOTLESS. You can tell she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about making sure everything is clean. Not only was the quality of her work incredible, but she was also so professional, punctual, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. She was willing to adjust the appointment from 9:30 AM to 10 AM to work with my schedule, and she even went to the front office to arrange access to my apartment since I wasn’t home. That level of flexibility and consideration made such a difference, especially with everything I had going on during my move. Finding someone you can trust to clean your home, especially for a move-out cleaning, can be stressful, but Nereyda made the entire experience so much easier. Nereyda and Flor are a godsend! They were right on time and ready to get to work on the job at hand - cleaning my boyfriend's dusty, sticky, stinky apartment that has not been professionally cleaned..ever!
